This is part 2 to my last video where I took you through how I plan out a week of healthy meal prep in order to hit my macros, stay on track, and stay fit & healthy. In this video, I take you through my meal prep process from buying the food to cooking it and organizing it. All of my meals are gluten free (because I have celiac disease) and made from whole, unprocessed/ minimally processed foods.

☆MEAL PREP RECIPES☆

☼ADAPTOGENIC MUSHROOM CACAO LATTE☼

•2 tbsp Slivered Almonds

☼CHIPOTLE KNOCKOFF NOURISH BOWLS☼
•4 oz chicken
-put chicken in slow cooker and cover with your favorite salsa, cook on high for 3 hours, shred chicken with two forks, cook on low for 30 minutes, remove and let cool
•1/2 cup Brown rice cooked with bone broth
•130 grams baked sweet potatoes
-Orange potatoes: cut into wedges, coat in avocado oil, paprika, a little cumin, salt and pepper, bake at 420 F for 20 minutes (flip half way)
-Japanese potatoes: cut into wedges, coat in coconut oil, cinnamon, and a little cardamom, bake at 420 F for 20 minutes (flip half way)
•1/3 cup black beans
•1/4 cup corn
•1-2 cups iceberg lettuce
•1tbsp pepitas
